Today I had the absolute honour of competing in the WorldSkills Competition 2026 for Hairdressing — AND I WON! 🥇🏆

A massive thank you to my mum and my family for always believing in me, supporting me and cheering me on every step of the way. 🤍

To Sandra Riley, thank you for all of your training, guidance and for believing in me. I genuinely couldn’t have done it without you! 🫶🏼

And lastly, my biggest thank you to my amazing boss, Carol . I wouldn’t have even entered this competition or be where I am today without you. I couldn’t ask for a better boss, mentor and someone to learn from. 🤍

On Friday we were pleased to be apart of the Worlds Greatest Shave. The Program’s team raised funds for blood cancer by shaving their heads or colouring their locks. Well done guys & gals. Carol was ably assisted by Alissa to help this great cause.
