Just a little PSA for those in Tassie who may be struggling with the cost of living atm and don’t want to have to resort to using low quality, chemical laden products. These three fab Only Good hand washes that we used to stock in our Liverpool Street boutique are currently available at The Reject Shop for only $2.25 per bottle. We love these products because they are made close to home by our neighbours in New Zealand from natural ingredients, they perform well, and smell yummy. 🙌🏼 Wendy also spotted the Only Good body wash (not pictured) on special in the CBD store for just $1.75 last week! 👏🏼

SLOW SUNDAYS | Our favourite day of the week is off to a fab start with this bowl full of goodness. We have traditionally always been toast girls, but lately we have jumped on the porridge bandwagon and we’re a little bit obsessed! It’s such a tasty, filling meal and a super easy way to include lots of nutritional powerhouse foods into your diet. This one has oats, brown rice flakes, quinoa flakes, almond milk, cinnamon, raspberries, linseed, sunflower and almond, chia, h**p seeds, maca, pecans, brazil nuts, peanut butter and coconut sugar.

Here are my 2 gorgeous ANZAC Grandads. ❤️ Bill in the RAAF in New Guinea in 1945, aged 36, and Athol in the RAN on the deck of the HMAS Canberra in the Solomons in 1942, aged 18.
