Please join us in welcoming Jade, our new work placement student, to the Beauty 101 team! 💕
Jade will be joining us in the salon every Wednesday and Friday, and we're so excited to be a part of her journey as she continues to develop her skills in the nail industry.
We asked Jade to share a few fun facts about herself...
🌸 I'm 20 years old.
💅 I'm currently studying my Certificate III in Nail Technology.
✂️ I also work as a Hair Salon Assistant at Cropped Hair & Beauty in Ringwood.
🎨 I was the DUX Award winner for Year 12 Art, and I absolutely love all things creative—especially nail art!
🖌️ My favourite hobbies include painting, drawing and other creative art projects.
📚 I enjoy reading and creative writing.
🧁 I love cooking and baking for the people I love.
✈️ I enjoy travelling and discovering new places.
💪 I love going to the gym and keeping active.
We're looking forward to helping Jade grow her confidence, creativity and skills over the coming months. Be sure to say hello when you see her in the salon on Wednesdays and Fridays! 💖

✨ Meet Millah! ✨
We're so excited to welcome Millah to the Beauty 101 team! 💕
Millah has joined us as our new work placement student and will be in the salon every Thursday. We can't wait to share our knowledge, help her grow her skills, and support her as she begins her journey in the beauty industry.
We asked Millah to tell us a little about herself...
🤍 A few fun facts about Millah:
✨ I love playing netball, spending time with my friends, shopping, and going out.
✨ I'm currently completing my Certificate II in Beauty Services and am excited to gain hands-on experience in the beauty industry.
✨ I enjoy all areas of beauty, but my favourite treatment is spray tanning.
✨ During my placement, I'm most excited to learn more about lash extensions and nails.
✨ I'm looking forward to building my skills, gaining confidence, and being part of the Beauty 101 team.

Having a lovely time in South Australia 🌊Please note the salon is closed this week as all our staff our way on leave but we will reopen next Tuesday the 27th of January 🫶🏻

The salon will be reopening tomorrow Monday the 5th of January and we will be having a price increase across all services due to increase stock, wage and overhead prices.
In 2026, to help with our ever increasing clientele that we are so grateful for 🥰 Beck will be working some Mondays and Saturdays in addition to her normal hours. Laura and Izzy will also have more availability Wednesday to Friday
