It is with a heavy heart I announce, due to family circumstances, that I have decided to move my business home! I would like to thank, and for sharing their beautiful space with me over the past 12 months and making me and my clients feel so welcome 🙏🙏 I wish the girls all the best with their new business adventure .by.design, you girls are definitely making a name for yourself in the beauty industry 🤩💖 Please continue to support the girls, I definitely will be 💖💖 For any new clients, I will now be based in Morayfield. I understand this may not be ideal for some people, I thank you for your support, but with changes I understand this won’t work for everyone. So if you have an appointment that needs to be rescheduled ( due to travel times) or cancelled please send me a message ASAP! I apologise for any inconvenience, this has happened very quickly and wasn’t planned! For all my OG clients that have followed me around, thank you thank you thank you, without you my business wouldn’t be a business, so I thank you from the bottom of my heart 💖💖 So From Monday 12th February 2024, I will be working out of my home based salon in Morayfield! As of Monday 5th February there will be a slight price rise for some services and changes to some sets! This will be for all appointments from this date! I have tried to make as minimal a change as possible, but like all other rises in costs, our supplies and bills have also been effected 🙈🙈 Thank you for your understanding and continued support💖💖

LETS TALK ABOUT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS 🤩 You can book an appointment via in person, DM/PM, the link in my bio or the FRESHA app! I run my life in my work calendar, EVERYTHING is in that calendar!! I am happy to have my booking system it takes stress away from me having to do extra admin, some would even say it is over kill.. The amount of messages and emails you get is ridiculous 🙈🙈 So it surprises me when I get a no show or a message saying ‘I didn’t know I had an appointment! ‘ 🤦‍♀️🤔 My booking system and all those messages are a courtesy! I don’t have to do it, just like you don’t have to message me to make sure I will be there to do your nails! The easiest way to keep on top of your appointments is to download the app! You will be able to see all your past and future appointments and what service you usually book in for! So if you don’t have it, download it 🤩🤩🙏🙏

Start to another year is a good time to touch on my cancellation policy’s! I understand things arise and we can fall sick or something happens with our kids, but as a small business I have to enforce these policies no matter the reasoning! When you book your appointment you are adhering to these guidelines and I appreciate you respecting them! As always thank you for your continued support and I look forward to making some awesome nails in 2024 🤩🤩🤩
