A FRIENDLY REMINDER OF OUR NO SHOW POLICY!!!!

No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.
Please be aware of our cancellation, no show & late policies.
You will be provided with plenty of reminders for your appointment, giving you the opportunity to cancel or reschedule.

To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account.

We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, however, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts our team and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge 80% of the scheduled services to your account. We recommend that you contact us in advance if your plans change.
