💗 A Friendly Reminder for All Clients 💗

If you’re feeling unwell, even if it’s “just” a scratchy throat, a sniffly nose, cough, fever, or any flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.

To help protect myself and all of my clients, I kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule due to illness.

As outlined in my booking policies, appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee before a new appointment can be made.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping me keep my salon a safe and healthy environment for everyone. I truly appreciate your cooperation and support. 💕

💗 A little life update… 💗

Firstly, I just wanted to apologise if you’ve been waiting a little longer than usual for a reply. If you’ve messaged me over the last few days, thank you so much for your patience.

Our 11 year old had a nasty accident and broke her arm, so my focus has been on getting her through surgery, helping her recover, and making sure she’s comfortable. As you can imagine, it’s been a bit of a whirlwind.

Thankfully, we’re now home, she’s on the mend, and I’m slowly getting back into the swing of things.

I’ll be working through all of my messages and enquiries as soon as possible, so if you’re still waiting to hear from me, I promise I haven’t forgotten you. 💕

Thank you all for your understanding, kindness, and patience. It truly means the world to this small business. I can’t wait to get back to making all of you feel beautiful again! ✨

July appointments filling fast! Message me 💕

Hi everyone 💕

I wanted to jump on and apologise for being a little MIA over the past couple of months.

As some of you know, I underwent surgery and needed to take some time away to focus on healing properly. While I could have rushed back into work, I didn’t want to accept appointments that I couldn’t give 100% to while recovering. I needed the time to heal, adjust, and find my new normal before returning to my clients.

I’m still not quite back to full capacity yet, but I’m happy to say that I am back working a couple of days a week and slowly easing back into things.

For the time being, my booking link has been removed, so if you’d like to make an appointment or have any enquiries, please send me a message directly and I’ll do my best to help.

Please keep in mind that I am still very limited with appointments while I continue adjusting to my new normal and building my workload back up. If you’re hoping to book in, send me a message and I’ll help the best I can and work with you to find a suitable time.

I am truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, and I can’t thank you all enough for your patience, understanding, and support during this time. Sometimes we need to take a step back so we can come back stronger, and that’s exactly what I’ve been doing.

As of tomorrow (the 18th), I’m heading off on my cruise holiday! 🛳️☀️
I’ll be unavailable and won’t be replying to any appointments or messages until I’m back to work on the 30th.

Just a little note moving forward for all clients: if you’re feeling unwell, even if it’s just a small tickle in the throat, sniffles, or you’re “not sure if you’re coming down with something” please don’t attend your appointment. Please message me and we can reschedule.

When I get sick it doesn’t just mean a day off it means cancelled appointments, lost income, and a full halt to my work while I recover. As a small business, that impacts me more than people realise.

I completely understand that life happens, but I really appreciate your consideration in helping keep both myself and other clients safe and healthy 🫶
