I am passionate about Remedial Massage as an aid to getting your body as strong and as healthy as possible. My special interests are treating low back pain, sciatic pain, nerve pain, and neck pain with trigger point therapy and corrective exercise. My treatments are focused on reducing your pain quickly and teaching you self management strategies so you can enjoy the benefits of your treatment for longer.
