What started off as a DM to Lizi after I watched her emotional Instagram video about the bushfire, turned into a beautiful community of people coming together to raise $15,485 for the bush fire appeal.
We had donated as much as we could afford. So thinking how we could raise some more money for the people / animals that need it we came up with the idea of a master class. Maybe we could sell some tickets, get a few donations for prizes and raise a bit of money. I honestly never thought we would raise over 10k, let alone over 15k!!! Its absolutely mental and so so soooo heartwarming.
This would never of happened without the support and generosity from so many small businesses. People donated their own time, products, services and did it without blinking an eye.
To Shauna and Lizi you ladies are both incredibly talented and so driven. It was an absolute pleasure to be hosting the event with you. To pull this off during our busiest time with work has been stressful, super time consuming, but worth every single second. Thank you to everyone who donated, supported and came along. Together we all raised so much needed funds. Sophie xx
