Pretty cool to speak at VIDA last week and share our story for R U Ok day.
From plumber, to the Winter Rip, to building a horse float sauna and starting State of Nirvana.
I spoke about how contrast therapy has helped my own life, and how something I originally needed for myself has now become something I get to share with thousands of other people.
A great day and a good chance to stop and appreciate how far this whole thing has come.
I love what I do, I love who I have met through the business and I still get so excited for where we are heading.
There is no doubt these modalities have helped me immensely change direction of my life, and I love talking about how it helps and the possibilities it could have for others.
What a Spring already.
Its been insane so far and looking the goods again for the weekend
