Charlie didn’t glide through this apprenticeship.
She fought for it.

She walked through our doors a quiet teenager, soft spoken, unsure, still finding her place in the world. And over time, through grit and determination, she built herself. Not loudly. Not for applause. But moment by moment. Brick by brick.

Yes, there were tears.
There were tough conversations.
There were moments she questioned herself.

And every single time, she chose to stay.
She chose to learn.
She chose to get better.

That’s who Charlie is.

She is our pocket rocket, small in stature but fierce in spirit.
The glue of our MH family.
The one who will back herself no matter how hard it gets.
The one who doesn’t look for shortcuts,…only growth.
The one who will quietly outwork the room when no one is watching.

Her talent is undeniable.
But it’s her grit that sets her apart.

Resilient.
Steady.
Humble.
Determined.

She has forged her own path here.
She earned every single step.

She is the first apprentice we have ever seen through our doors at Mane Haven, and I truly believe it was always meant to be her. She is now part of our very foundation.
You are woven into the fabric of who we are Charles….And let’s not forget Wallace’s first girlfriend 🐾

With a background as a former salon owner, Lauren combines technical expertise with a warm, down-to-earth approach, ensuring every client leaves feeling confident, cared for, and in love with their hair. 🥰
