Saying ‘no’ can be a super power! When clients walk into clinic they can sometimes have a plan in their mind and it isn’t always the best plan for them. After assessing, educating and discussing options I will very often suggest something different or simply say no to a treatment. Because the consultation isn’t about what I can do, it’s about what’s right for the person in front of me. This is because I believe so strongly in my patients staying on a natural, subtle cosmetic journey.
