Quick Update. July’s Lesson pretty much filled up so quickly there was not time to invite each of you. August’s lesson will be on Saturday 16th, 10am-12noon. This is the last lesson opportunity at $35/pp. After August the price increase will be $45/person or $80/couple. If you would like to get in at the lower price please send me a message to secure your place. Lessons are capped at 10 people. Looking forward to hearing from you.

On Mother's Day weekend, my primary school aged son took interest in making sourdough.
He preshaped, shaped and scored his bread into a smilely face. You can bake too!

21 April - Easter Monday, taking interest.
Spend approximately 2 hours learning how to make your own sourdough bread. Take home dough to bake and refreshed starter so you can continue baking.
