Life is forever changed once we welcome children into our lives ( is forever after all) and yet our society implies that we can pop a baby or two (or more) out and once they stop being a needy little newborn life goes back to the way it was. Ummm… nope! So if life for you feels like a constant juggle, feeling stretched between being the mum you want to be, work and other demands, feelings of anger and resentment bubbling up or like you've lost the woman you were before kids came along this is the circle for you.
