The past few years have been nothing short of a whole mixed bag of emotions and there’s been SO MUCH going on around me. Too often, we look at our days and think to ourselves that we just don't have enough hours in the day… when really we need to focus on is HOW we spend those hours.

Here's what I’ve learned lately;

There’s always enough hours in the day for ME TIME, no matter what that looks like… it could be meditation, reading your favourite book, watching an episode of your favourite show, listening to a podcast, going for a manicure 🤭… the list goes on.

There’s time to lend a helping hand, or checking in on someone you know who might be struggling or going through something.

There's plenty of time for catching up with your loved ones, or time to go for that walk along the beach, or go to that Pilates class you’ve missed a few times.

At the end of the day, WE have to decide HOW we spend our time.

I’d be lying if I said that I don't get into bed at the end of the day feeling totally exhausted, or have a list of things that I SHOULD have gotten done that day.

BUT, I also get to fall asleep feeling grateful for the life I’m creating.
