Im about to het real with you here.
I want to tell you why I created the Embrace Ritual.
And it's possibly the most personal post ive ever made.
I've been thinking about this for a long time.
So, as a newborn, the first thing any of us ever felt was our mother's embrace. It meant safety, warmth, love — touch with no agenda. No expectation of anything in return. Just being held, purely and with unconditional loved.
As little girls, when we were hurting — physically or emotionally — she held us. Cocooned us. Wrapped us in love.
But as we grew, she couldn't hold us like that anymore, and eventually, that holding stopped altogether.
Then, for some of us, our own babies came and WE became the ones pouring out.
Still.. we were not receiving.
And now?
Let's be honest, the only person who sees us truly bare and vulnerable is our partner.
And almost always — we feel the need to give back in the same way.
We fill up and pour straight back out again.
I created the Embrace Ritual because I believe women deserve a space to simply receive.
Loving, nurturing, intimate touch with no expectations of reciprocity.
I hold women the way a mother holds a newborn. With no agenda. Just pure care.
And I believe — truly — that only a woman can understand how a woman needs to be held.
Because she has craved and wanted that same holding herself.
This is the work I am most proud of.
So the question is — who will hold you now?
I WILL.
If you are ready to be held in the way your mother held you — in that same safety, that same warmth, that same unconditional love — reach out to me.
I cannot wait to wrap you in that. 🖤

Hey you. Yeah, you.
I see you — racing around this morning getting everything and everyone else ready before you've even taken a single breath for yourself.
You've stolen 3 minutes to disassociate and doomscroll (me too!).
But I'm here to hijack your feed and give you something better!
Right, now we are going to take 3 deep belly breaths together, and we are going to really sigh it - all the way out.
Go on..
And again.
One more.
👁️🗨️ ...
That's it.
How do you feel?
A little less frazzled and a little more like yourself?
Good. 😌
Now - go crush your day, you magical unicorn! 🦄
The world needs what you've got to offer. ❤️
24/04/2026
There’s something about ANZAC Day that always lands deeper than words can reach.
It’s not loud.
It’s not performative.
It’s quiet… heavy… and deeply human.
A day that asks us to pause.
To remember the lives given, the courage shown, the stories carried forward through generations.
And maybe it’s also a moment to feel what it means to stand for something bigger than yourself.
To choose strength.
To choose service.
To show up, even when it’s hard.
There’s a tenderness to it too—because behind every story of bravery, there were people who loved them.
People who felt the absence.
People who carried on.
Today isn’t just about the past—
it’s about honouring that spirit in the way we live, the way we care, the way we hold each other.
A quiet kind of reverence.
A remembering.
Lest we forget ❤️
If this landed on your feed again… it’s not by accident.
This week:
• drop the armour
• take the step
• say the no
🛡Let down your guard
You don’t need to keep proving your strength by staying closed.
The armour might have protected you once… but it’s also been keeping love out.
The real courage is in being seen—in softening, in trusting, in letting someone witness the truth of you.
Not everyone deserves access, but someone does.
🚪On the threshold
You’re standing at the doorway of something new.
That mix of excitement and fear? That’s your sign you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
You don’t need all the answers—just the willingness to move.
One small step is enough to begin.
🙅🏻♀️No is not a bad word
Your energy is not up for negotiation.
No is a boundary, not a betrayal.
You don’t need to explain or soften it to be accepted.
Every time you honour your no, you come back home to yourself.
Simple. Not easy. But powerful as hell. ✨
