Born in 1923 Ross is originally from Perth and moved to Adelaide in 1939. He's had an eventful life as he flew Arvo Anson aircraft's in World War 2 and was appointed instructor on the main training ground of the UK for pilots around the Irish sea.

When I asked Ross what was his secret to making it so far he replied " a Gin & Tonic everyday at 4pm" along with a cheeky smile.

I have had the pleasure of cutting Ross's hair for 8 years now. Fiercely independent he still lives in his own home at Dawsley with his beloved wife Jenny. He loves doing jigsaws all day long with the occasional crossword puzzle to keep his mind ticking over.

Just wondering.....💭 what would be the most challenging thing an introvert would encounter when going to the hair salon?

Hello hello everyone, Rach here (aka Mount Barber) 🖐 Just popping on to say hi and to introduce myself to anyone who doesn't know me or what I do in my business. I am a mobile barber who works mainly in Mount Barker, Littlehampton and Nairne. Bringing the salon to you, saving you time and energy going to the busy barbershop. My focus is offering quality haircuts and making you feel as comfortable as possible because I know inviting a stranger into your home and space could be a little unsettling. I have worked in the Hills for quite a few years now originally coming from the UK and have many wonderful clients that I have built amazing relationships with. I love spending time with them and giving them exactly what they want no matter how long it takes, priding myself with excellent customer service and care.
