When you have eczema, look for an anti-inflammatory diet. An essential element to an anti-inflammatory diet is this stuff: Turmeric. You can add it to so many dishes.
Take a look at the ingredients in your shampoo. If you have this particular ingredient (sodium lauryl sulphate) avoid it. You do not need this on your skin.
