Worth knowing: freckles are not moles. They are clusters of pigment that darken with sun and fade in winter, and they tend to appear on skin that burns before it tans.

Which makes them less of a flaw and more of a risk profile. Freckling is one of the things we actually count when we assess how often you should be checked.

So: keep them. Photograph them. Just have someone who knows the difference look at what is sitting among them.
