I’m back - with a change of scenery 🤍

After a lot of thought, I wanted to share a little update.

I won’t be returning as a sole trader moving forward. This chapter of my business has meant more to me than I can put into words, and I am so incredibly grateful to every single client who supported me, trusted me, and became more than just a booking in my diary. I will always be so proud of what I built.

I’m excited to share that I’ll be continuing my beauty career at Vanity Face & Body in Mount Gambier.

I’ll be available Mondays and Wednesdays 10am - 4pm, with my official start date 11th March 2026.

I’m genuinely so excited for this next chapter- working alongside a beautiful bunch of girls and being part of a team again feels really special. There’s something so comforting about not being in a salon alone anymore, and I’m really looking forward to this new season.

We are so thrilled to welcome the amazing Bri to the Vanity team. She brings with her many years of experience in the industry and we just know she’s going to fit in to the salon perfectly!

You’ll be able to find her in salon on Mondays and Wednesdays from March 11th. 😘

This October, I’m taking on a month-long fitness challenge to help more people access the care they need. By going further, I hope to raise as much as possible for the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

Earlier this year, I experienced firsthand just how vital the Royal Flying Doctor Service truly is. Amid a high-risk pregnancy complication, I was flown urgently to Adelaide by the incredible RFDS team. Being airlifted for a medical emergency is a frightening and vulnerable experience, but thanks to the kindness, care, and professionalism of the nurse and pilot who accompanied me, I felt safe and supported during one of the most scariest moments of my life.

My gratitude runs deep; not just for my own experience, but because RFDS has also come to the aid of several of my family members over the years. That’s why this October, we’re rallying together to give back to the service that has done so much for us. The RFDS has helped save our lives- and now it’s our turn to help support them.

Every year, the RFDS reach more than 330,000 Australians with 24-hour emergency retrieval and primary healthcare services. That’s one person every two minutes!

Together, we can help keep the Flying Doctor flying and continue their life-saving work.

Our hearts are so full.

On the 30th of June, we welcomed our beautiful son Oliver Michael earthside.

We wanted to share the news with you all as some of you may not have heard yet. My pregnancy journey most definitely brought it's challenges, and I truly missed seeing so many of your smiling faces.

We’re so grateful for this precious gift and can’t wait for you all to meet our boy one day soon.

Unfortunately the time to close Enchanted Beauty has come earlier than I had planned.

The salon will be closed effective immediately.

I am truly sorry to those who's appointments I have had to cancel.

Please know that there are so many wonderful and talented beauty therapist in our town that I'm sure will be happy to accommodate you during this time.

I cannot thank you all enough for your support, loyalty and kindness. That's what makes saying goodbye for now so hard.

I want to begin by extending my heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you for your unwavering support over the past ten years. Enchanted Beauty has been such a significant part of my life, and I am incredibly grateful for all of you who have stood by me through both the good times and the challenging ones. The love and kindness you've all shown me has never gone unnoticed.

It is with a heavy heart that I must share the difficult news that Enchanted Beauty will be closing its doors as of Thursday 27th February until further notice.

This has been an extremely emotional decision, and one that I’ve not taken lightly. The reason behind this is due to my health and the health of our precious baby. While pregnancy is a true blessing and beautiful experience, it also comes with its own set of challenges, and unfortunately, I am facing some of those. I’m following the advice of my doctors and specialists for the sake of our well-being.

All those with upcoming scheduled appointments will be contacted.

I sincerely apologise for this, as I feel as though I’m letting you all down. Please know this is not a permanent goodbye, just a temporary one.

The biggest blessing: becoming mum and dad.

Sam and I are beyond excited to announce that our little miracle will be arriving this winter. ✨️

Unfortunately, to my clients who haven’t been in the salon over the past month or two, I will no longer be able to accommodate additional bookings. This decision will allow me to prioritise my current clientele and ensure they continue to receive appointments as we approach the arrival of our little one and once I return.

I will share more details on the plan once it’s finalised, but for now, we are soaking in this incredible life blessing.

Wishing a very Merry Christmas to all of my wonderful clients and their families! I hope today has been filled with happiness, love, laughter, and cherished moments with those you hold dear. 🎄
