Q & A:

What's this mean for me?
If you are a new client, an initial consultation will need to be conducted with your nurse and prescribing doctor prior to the day of treatment. This means a second appointment will need to be made for your treatment.

What if I'm an existing client?
A new script is required every 12 months with our medical practitioners, however treatment may still be conducted on your booking date.

Why can't I see prices?
Due to Australian regulations, we’re not allowed to share pricing for cosmetic treatments publicly.

Why can't I see before and after photos?
B&A photos are considered advertising that promotes the use of prescription medicines and are therefore prohibited.

Why can't I see the specific product I want when booking now?
The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) prohibits advertising prescription-only substances which are commonly used in cosmetic injectables, to the public. This includes direct or indirect references to these substances or acronyms.
