✨ Retention isn’t luck. It’s technique.

One of the biggest misconceptions in the lash industry is that retention comes down to glue alone.

In reality, long-lasting retention starts with proper technique.

In this carousel, I’m sharing 3 key retention principles I teach my students:

1️⃣ Attachment is everything
Extensions should be attached close to the natural lash base without touching the skin.

2️⃣ Work through every lash layer
Only lashing the top layer leads to gaps within days. Proper layering creates better coverage, fuller sets and a cleaner grow-out.

3️⃣ Maximise attachment surface
The extension should wrap around the natural lash. The greater the contact area, the stronger the bond.

When these fundamentals are done correctly, you achieve:
