Clients often ask me who I go to for massages. I recently had a pretty nasty fall (on wet bathroom tiles, hit head and landed quite hard). Kylie from Innersense Bodywork (who you can find in Canungra at Stand Well Physio & Rehab - Scenic Rim & Gold Coast on Wednesdays) came and helped eased my neck soooo much to support the adjustments that I was having with Dr Quinton from Tamborine Mountain Chiropractic. She has just the most wonderful, confident, nurturing touch and her massage helped me so much.

We are rather fortunate as therapists on the mountain to be surrounded by some incredible friends who are fellow therapists. Julia Nyland from Calm Focus Massage at TM Chiropractic and I used to swap regularly when our Wednesdays overlapped, Rachel and I have done this nowhere NEAR enough.

Fellow local RMTs Kerry and Amara come for massages from me regularly, and I’ve had phenomenal massages from them, and also from Debra from Tranquil Massage Tamborine Mountain and Isheeni Eshwah, Sandra Hardie, Elena Doia Panos and Megan Rose Anne along with the BEST facial from Fiona at Getaway Day Spa and wonderful treatments and massages from the over the years.

The Tamborine Mountain Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us for a special Business & Wellbeing Breakfast in recognition of Queensland Mental Health Week.

We’ll start the morning with breakfast at Tamborine Mountain Glades — a great opportunity to connect with fellow business owners, professionals, volunteers and members of our community.

Following breakfast, we’ll make our way to Sol Elements for an inspiring wellbeing session.

This special morning is about taking some time to connect, reflect and focus on building resilience, strengthening community connections and supporting positive mental health and wellbeing — both in business and everyday life.
