We are BACK as of June 1st !! We are also very excited to announce that we have rebranded & will be welcoming you back to Collective creative salon, say goodbye to Candice Rose HAIR !
We simply have outgrown and feel this is the perfect time to reinvent ourselves in a way that reflects our space & the direction the business is moving in the correct way.
We are at the same location & same phone number, & all future apps are staying as is. We will be still using REDKEN colour & & will still be freelancing out of this space. BUT we will be introducing new ranges to ensure we can better personalize your salon experience to your hairs needs. This includes Original & Mineral haircare, GHD styling tools & JS Health vitamins. We will be sharing with you more information on these new ranges over the next week or so.
COVID NOTE |
As much as we are excited to get back into our space as Collective, we are still navigating through covid-19 restrictions therefore cannot be open to our full potential. This means less appointments time slots so we ask for your patients as we rebook cancelled appointments from our closure, and manage future bookings. All other health & hygiene measures will be in full swing to ensure a safe environment for all. We ask you to not bring any other people to your appointment, including children. If you are sick with any contagious/flu symptoms or have had any in the prior 14 days to your appointment to please reschedule to another time. Please respect these new salon requirements.

We are CLOSED for now, but when we reopen we will try to be as accommodating as possible with appointments. Our hours may look different when we reopen due to potential restrictions that may still be in place, there could be a lot less time slots then usual. This is how we will be structuring our reopening in regards to appointments and moving forward.
We will be honoring the existing appointments in the system at the time of our reopen. All the clients with future appointments will stay as is, or if they need to be moved to another day or time we will contact you.
All our clients who have had an appointment cancelled over our time of closure will get preference of next available appointments. Although we know who you are, we ask you to please send us a text or dm to put yourself on our contact list for rescheduling. We will then reach out to you when the times comes to reopen.
For any clients with no future appointments or haven’t had any cancelled, we will do our best to fit you in also but please understand we may have a longer wait on available appointments then usual.
Thank you for being patient with us as we try to navigate this in the fairest way we will possible.

COVID-19 UPDATE | At this stage we will remain closed for the rest of April/May.
I hope you can appreciate that this decision wasn’t made overnight, it was a very hard one with lots of things to take into consideration and one that was made as a team. We keep coming back to the reason why we shut our doors in the first place 4 weeks ago, that we do not personally want to be apart of the spread, or worse be the reason one of our clients, then their or our own family members end up ill with this virus. I know I certainly want it to vanish and not see another person suffer or die so simply do not want to participate in being a potential spreader. We just couldn’t move past safety being our priority, of our clients and ourselves & we feel confident in our decision to remain closed a little longer to absolutely ensure a safer environment when we re-open.
Clients, I hope you can appreciate, respect & understand that this decision was made on SAFETY not regrowth (I know some of you are an inch deep in regrowth and we do feel your pain). I know you are probably disappointed to hear this news & we really don’t want to inconvenience people anymore then we already have, but for now this is where we stand. We ask you so kindly to please wait for us, we will be there on the other side of this waiting for you. The future is so unknown at this point but what I do know is that when this is over, we will be back making all of you feel beautiful again & we honestly cannot wait !

**We are not judging anyone else who is/isn’t open. We all are fighting our own battles and making decisions based on our personal morals, beliefs and financial situations & you do whatever suits you, but please don’t judge us for ours 👌🏼

I’m more than happy to offer advice and answer any questions. We have packs available with more stock on its way, soon you will be able to shop our website while your in iso and enjoy free local delivery. The latest Covid-19 update. What a week it’s been.
We are asked to do our part to stop the spread of this virus and only leave the house for essentials. The government may not have officially closed hairdressing salons which is ridiculous, but with the new restrictions that our now in place 2 people in a public gathering as well as other social gathering restrictions we simply cannot do our job anymore. Our salon is now closed until further notice. Thank you to all our clients, friends & family that have shown us all support and understanding in our current situation. We can’t wait to see you on the other side, we are all in this together 💓
