A heartfelt thank you to our hometown 🤎
After an incredible journey, we’re sharing some bittersweet news. Sense of Solis will be closing its doors for the final time on the 28th of June unless a new operator takes over the lease beforehand.
Bringing something entirely new to our hometown has been one of the greatest privileges of our lives. To every single person who walked through our doors, whether you came for the heat, the cold, the stillness, or simply the curiosity… thank you. You made this place what it was. Mudgee deserved a space like this, and you showed up for it in the most beautiful way.
To our incredible instructors and partners who shared this space with us, thank you for bringing your energy, your expertise, and your communities into Sense of Solis. You elevated everything we built here.
And to our landlord, thank you for your unwavering support from day one. We couldn’t have done this dream without you.
If you have a gift card or membership, please don’t let it go to waste. We want you to use every last bit of it before we close on 28 June. Come in, bring a friend, and soak up everything the studio has to offer one last time.
If you’ve ever dreamed of running your own wellness space, this could be your moment. We’re looking for someone to take over the lease and continue the magic. The space comes with the full suite of infrared saunas, two ice baths, and an infrared heated front room, ready to go.

Our ice bath rooms are dim lit so you can concentrate on your breathing and your bodies process as it moves through the cold exposure.

I personally cannot wait to get back to the sauna post having a baby (after getting cleared by my GP of course). For me it’s the perfect addition to nurture my body to heal and recover.
