🌺A reminder that our cancellation and reschedule policy is enforced, & requires 48 hours notice for all changes to appointments. A reminder email and text message are sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment, giving you ample opportunity to get in touch, should a change need to be made.😎

🌺 Our online waitlist is also available and is checked daily, therefore, we encourage our clients to put their name on it, if they have missed an opportunity to book in.

We are now closed until Wednesday 16th September.
Please note the following:

🌺 Our salon phone is switched off, as are our Facebook/Instagram messaging services. We will not be returning phone calls or texts during this time so we can enjoy a well-earned rest.

🌺 Our website: www.spasanctuarymudgee.com.au and online booking system are still active and accepting both future appointments and gift card purchases, so rest assured, you can still book your appointments as needed. Last minute gift card purchases can still be made via our website.

🌺 If you have an existing appointment for September or October and need to cancel or reschedule it, please do so online.
You can do this by clicking the "Manage Appointment" link on your confirmation/reminder emails and text messages, or via the Fresha App if you have downloaded it.
🌺 We do not have an email address. Our online system sends through appointment emails/reminders automatically.
Please do not reply to those emails with your appointment changes, cancellations or enquiries as they are sent to an unmonitored spam folder.

🌺Remember, we are on our break, so we are otherwise offline from all phone calls and messaging channels.

It's been a big 8 months in the salon for 2026. I started the year with finishing salon renovations and have continued to be busy throughout!😍

12 months ago, was the last time I had a holiday, as I have worked consistently since my birthday in September last year and started renovating the salon throughout Christmas, New Years and all of January.
What a whirlwind!🌪

I am beyond grateful to have the support of my regular clients, who's appointments combined with your stories have made a big year slip by so quickly! (September already?!😱) Thank you to all of you who have continued the Spa Sanctuary journey with me- I love spending time with you and also for allowing me to do what I enjoy most: making people feel confident in their own skin.💆‍♀️
Thank you for the referrals, the re-booking of appointments, the gift card purchases and for the new faces that continue to walk through my sanctuary doors each day.

Today is my last day in the salon before I get to enjoy my birthday and a much needed reset.
