Up & Running Remedial Massage Clinic

In enemy territory for this one.

Carn the Catters!

Cracked out the 1/2 for the first time.
I was eager to get a sub 1:50 time and came in at 1:48. Yhew!

It’s such a beautiful city to run around and an awesome experience. Complete strangers were cheering me on and picking my pace up when I was slacking off. Beautiful trees and buildings were there to inspire the senses and amaze me.

My fellow runners were all there for their own reasons and I hope they came away breaking records.
The fact that they’re out there is already a record 💪

Looking forward to next year where I’ll try for a sub 1:45.

And yes I’ll have a magnesium bath tonight so I’ll be fresh for clinic tomorrow 😜

Online bookings are now available!
I’ve taken the new year approach to starting something new and created an online booking system 👏

Please visit my website in the bio and go to ‘book now’.

If you can’t find an appointment you’d like or it’s ages away and you need to get in asap then please don’t hesitate to call or message and add yourself to the cancellation list.

Let’s go !!

At AFL Mecca tonight to see the greatest team of all win.🔵⚪️🔵⚪️
