To all Mums and Dad's. Now that school has returned and you have a bit of time to think about yourselves and your New Years goals, don't forget to think about looking after your muscles and posture. Whether your sitting at a desk or hitting the gym, it might be a good idea to have your hip alignment checked and ease some of those aches and pains. Day time and evening appointments available. Call me on 0423434152 to make your appointment. Cheers Paul
