It’s funny how those small, intentional choices—choosing freezing fresh air over the snooze button, choosing to move—completely shift your mindset.
Just as important as stepping out into the morning crispness is knowing when to slow down, reset, and pour back into your own cup.

If your mind has been running a mile a minute, I’m holding space for you to pause and ground yourself this week with our immersive sound healing sessions.

Come melt into the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, reconnect with your breath, and give your nervous system the deep rest it’s been asking for ✨

Whether you need a morning reset or a gentle evening unwind, there’s a space waiting for you.
Spots are limited to keep these sessions intimate and peaceful, so make sure to reserve yours.

A few months ago, you couldn't have dragged me out of bed at this hour in freezing weather.
But lately, I’ve been realizing that the biggest shifts in our mindset don't come from massive, overnight life overhauls,
They come from the tiny, everyday choices we make when no one’s watching.

Choosing to move your body as the sun comes up,
Choosing a few extra minutes of fresh air over the snooze button.
Choosing to listen to Bird Song as they wake over Hubby snoring 🙄
Choosing to show up for yourself, even when it’s cold, quiet, and uncomfortable.

It’s the little things we change and do that slowly rewire how we feel, how we think, and how we handle everything else in our day.

Small habits stack up to BIG transformations.

So if you’re trying to reset your mindset today, don't worry about changing your whole life at once, Just start with one tiny positive choice.

What’s one small thing you’re doing for yourself today? ✨

Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing DADS out there ♥️

Today, we’re celebrating every kind of father figure who shows up, cares deeply, and leads with love ♥️

♥️The biological dads giving their all every single day.

♥️The bonus dads & stepdads who stepped up and chose to love someone else’s kids as their own.

♥️The grandfathers, uncles, and mentors offering guidance and a steady hand along the way.

♥️The incredible mums running the show solo and filling both shoes with absolute grace.

It takes a village, but most of all, it takes heart ♥️
Thank you for everything you do! 💙

🤯 Full circle moment! 🖤

Just realized the absolute wild coincidence that 10 years ago right now,
I was 2 weeks away from opening the studio at the farm

Looking back at where we were then versus where we’re heading now... it honestly gives me chills.
Over two decades in this industry, a whole decade since the farm studio, and all the shifts in between—leading right back to this exact same energy and anticipation.

Timing really is everything, isn't it? 🔮✨
