PRICE INCREASE

Hi everyone!

This is just a friendly notice that as of the 1st of July I will be making some slight adjustments to my pricing.

I will be informing clients upon their next visit of my new pricing. Not everything will be increasing, although certain services have not had a price increase over the last 4 years. For returning clients, if I’m not seeing you until July, your next appointment will be your usual price and I’ll give notice of the new pricing for your following appointment.

Hi everyone!

I have put this off for as long as I possibly can, but recently I have had a lot of last minute cancellations after appointments have been confirmed the day prior.

It’s just me, therefore if cancellations are done on the same day as your scheduled appointment, it’s sometimes hard for me to fill spots/move appointments around as I don’t have any staff that can assist.

Below is my list of policies I will be implementing to help reduce having gaps in my day, when I cannot fill them with a client on my cancellation list.

Please know I value all of your support, and this isn’t an easy thing for me to implement.

CANCELLATIONS, LATE AND NO SHOW POLICIES:

As of 1 May

Late Policy.
Late arrival to your appointment will reduce the service capability for your allocated appointment time. In this case, I retain the right to charge full treatment fee of your original booking time frame.

Any client more than 15 minutes late my be subject to a full cancellation fee and require to re book. (Depending on allocated time slot for appointment)

Cancellation Policy.

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 24 hours or more before the scheduled time can be re-booked at no additional cost to the client. I send a confirmation message the day before your appointment, if you think you will have to cancel/reschedule, this is the time to do so. This gives me adequate time to fill your appointment slot.

Late cancellation of less than 24hrs is subject to a 50% fee for the first time. Future late cancellations will be billed 100%. If the cancelled/ rescheduled appointment is filled by another client, the fee will be waived.

Please give as much notice as possible if you intend to cancel your appointment.

No Show Policy.
A no show (client does not attend appointment) is subject to the full treatment fee. In the case of unavoidable circumstances, such as family emergencies, the fee will be waived at the salons discretion.

If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so by either messaging through the ‘Hair Apothecary’ page, or texting or leaving a voicemail at 0498 989 400.

Well that’s another year wrapped!

Thank you for another year of incredible support for my salon. I love having all of you in my chair throughout the year.

✨What a transformation!✨

I can definitely say I found my 30 yesterday tackling this colour correction for Donna. Our goal was to get as much of her dark red out and as light as we could while maintaining hair integrity.

The ends put up a little fight, and didn’t want to shift past pink. So, we went with it and did a violet root/mid blending into pink.

Stoked at the result after one appointment.

Thanks for coming in Donna! Also for being a champ, these kind of appointments take a lot of time.
