I had a wonderful opportunity to run a lymphatic health workshop at the Women’s Wellbeing Evening last Thursday 💕
We pumped, breathed, brushed, wiggled, jiggled and squeezed 🤩 and discussed the importance of keeping your lymph moving🦵
The lucky ladies in my group left with a FREE set of Chelsey Jean Lymphatics gloves 🧤 so they can keep doing their daily sequence at home!
It was also a great opportunity to meet other local providers of support to women: Naturopath Ameeta, pelvic health physio, psychologists, psychiatrist, counsellors, nursing and support staff, financial advisor and many more ❤️
