Many people prefer to have a therapist come to them to perform the treatment as opposed to visiting a therapist as this allows the recipient to remain comfortable and relaxed in their own environment. Remedial massage encourages the healing of injured soft tissue - such as muscles, tendons and ligaments. It may assist with Disorders such as-

Insomnia. Please consider before booking there are some instances where massage isn’t recommended, including:
• During pregnancy, especially the first trimester
• If skin rashes, cuts or infections are present
• If fractures or broken bones are suspected
