Your skin won’t always send a warning. Regular checks can help identify changes early.

Have you checked your skin lately?
A skin check is a simple but important step in looking after your skin health. If you notice a new spot, or a mole or lesion that is changing in size, shape, colour, border or texture, it is worth having it assessed.
Also seek review for spots that bleed, crust, itch, or do not heal as expected.
Early detection matters.

A consistent skincare routine does not need to be complicated.
For most skin types, the foundations are simple:
Cleanse to remove sunscreen, makeup and daily build-up.
Moisturise to support hydration and the skin barrier.
Protect with broad-spectrum SPF 50+ every morning.
This is a strong place to start. From there, a clinical skin consultation can help identify your individual concerns and guide the next steps in your routine.

Retinol can be a powerful addition to your skincare routine, but more is not always better.
How often you should use it depends on your skin, the strength of the product and how well your skin tolerates it. If you are experiencing ongoing redness, dryness or peeling, it may be a sign to reduce the frequency and give your skin time to adjust.
Not sure what is right for your skin? Speak with us for personalised guidance.
