I do not have the time to process these vouchers and as a result they get lost in my files (which are not that great) and after a certain amount of time they will not be honoured by the club (although I did find one from 2014 and several from 2017 there’s $200 worth of work that I have donated to the community again )
I accept my fault in these transactions and will move forward
