I'm back!

This last week off has been a well earned rest that was well and truly needed!

I began my week with the all important red light panel to kick start some needed healing. I was also able to indulge myself with a couple of massages that got right to the heart of my problems...yes, I pulled all the same faces you all do when that "sweet spot" is hit.

A trip up to Port Macquarie and some family time was greatly enjoyed by all. The change of pace was just what was needed to continue my wind down.
