Just a little reminder to say we are taking a short break and enjoying sometime with family & friends over the Christmas/ New year period.

We won’t be responding to any calls, messages or social media messages until we are in salon the 5th of January as this is the only time I get with my family so I want to be present.

All booking/ gift vouchers can be done online this is available 24/7. If you wish to change/ reschedule or cancel an exisiting appointment this can also be done via your confirmation email when you booked.

Christmas is such a busy time for us in the salon so we please ask that you adhere to our booking and cancellation policy that is sent out in all confirmation texts and agreed upon when making a booking with us at Bare Beauty co.

We require a minimum of 12 hours notice for any cancellations or changes made to your appointment to allow for clients on our waiting list to be offered an appointment.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 12 hours notice, 50% of your appointment will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.

In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full appointment fee may be charged. We have these policy’s in place as we are a small business and is our busiest time of year which means we are working extra hours to accommodate which means extra wages so please keep this in mind.

As we don’t enjoy enforcing these policies ❤️
