Hi everyone, We’re reaching out today because we’ve noticed an increase in last-minute cancellations—recently averaging about 14 to 15 per week. As a small business and booking model business these short-notice changes have a significant impact on our daily operations and make it very difficult for us to offer those spots to other clients who may have been waiting for an opening.
We completely understand that life is unpredictable and emergencies happen. We aren’t asking for perfection, but we do want to kindly ask for your help. If you find that you cannot make your scheduled time, please let us know as soon as you possibly can. Providing us with at least 8-12 hours’ notice gives us the best chance to adjust our schedule and accommodate others. We love being your local barber shop and appreciate your ongoing support and loyalty. Thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly so we can continue to serve you well. 😀
