Hi I’m Mel
I have over 26 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, I am excited about the
opportunity to bring my skills and passion The Workshop.
With 11 years as the owner of my own salon, and a career in education as a Hairdressing teacher at TAFE, I have had the privilege of serving a diverse clientele and the ability to hone my skills in all aspects of hair design, styling, color techniques,
and customer service. This has enabled me to develop a deep understanding of client
needs and industry trends while maintaining a high standard of client care.
I’m taking new clients I look forward to providing my expertise and making you look and feel wonderful.

As you may have heard I have made the move back to Forster with my boys to be closer to family and take over the family holiday park. Steph has taken over the salon and is happy to take on any clients that would like to continue going to the workshop, she will have all my colour records for all my beautiful clients. 😊

I just want to say thank you for all your support and the fun times you have all given me in the salon. I wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Hopefully I’ll be lucky enough to see some of you in Forster or at Smugglers Cove holiday village in the near future.. 🥰
