I don’t often post much about myself or my life on here, Something I am hoping to change this year so you can all get to know me on a personal level.

If you’ve ever wondered what my motivation was to start my own business, here it is.

MY BOY
Kai was born in 2019, having spent most of my adult career in Sales and Business Development the thought of returning to work full time scared the life out of me, I did not want to miss watching my son grow up.
I have been an artist most of my life which began at a young age with drawing, followed by teen aspirations to become a tattoo artist, I went on in early adulthood to study Fashion Design & Tech whilst living partly in Australia and Indonesia. I had big plans to begin a children’s wear label, until life changed & I ceased sewing and design all together, maybe one day I’ll drag the industrial machine back out. 🤞🏼
What I’m saying is I was born with an artistic talent, landed in a successful BDM career (boringgg) and once I had my son I was lost & confused.
I knew there was more for me, something more fulfilling.

One thing led to another and I found myself being introduced to Talina (thanks mum) and my life was changed forever, I was launched back into a creative career, a career which could give me everything I wanted, quality time with my son, space to be a present mother, a creative outlet & freedom to work for myself! Sounds too good to be true right?

The scary part was, this meant I had to back myself 100% all while being a single mother 😱
There was one phone call during my training that I had with Talina whilst on my way home from Sydney that I will never forget, she told me that she seen something in me, that she believed in me and that I could do it.
So I did, with absolutely nothing to loose I registered as a business and began to take the steps to make it happen, In all honestly I never really thought it would succeed.
But here I am, 3 years on living my absolute DREAM!

If it wasn’t for Kai, none of this would have happened, I probably would have still been selling contracts on some mine site 🫠🫠

My lovely client here has been on a rollercoaster ride after accidentally choosing an underskilled artist for her original set of brows (see slide 3), She had a Microblading procedure a while back and it blew out to one very big ugly blue/black blob, desperate for help she came to me for a consult, and I had referred her to a laser technician for laser removal.
3 sessions of laser later and she was finally ready to create the masterpiece she truly deserved! (See slide 2 for post laser results)

I cannot wait to see how these brows heal, the pigment will fade upon healing and settle into a very soft pixelated ombre brow! (Slide 1, fresh brows by me)

The perfect lip colour doesn’t exist…

Well maybe not before you met me but it does now.
The first image is what you can expect fresh off the needle, a little bright, a little swollen.
Second image is healed before 8 week touch up.
During Gaels initial appointment our aim was to reinstate lost pigment and create a clean slate, clearly our goal was achieved!
Second session (photo 1) we chose to ramp up the colour whilst still remaining in the realm of natural, once these bad boys heal they will be the most perfect soft pink lip you’ve ever seen!

Dark lip neutralisation is a process and a commitment, I have been working on Vinisha’s lips since September 2022.
A total of four sessions (plus two failed sessions with a previous artist before me to get to here)
Her lips are now at a natural pink tone, they don’t appear tattooed, they don’t look fake, BUT they did take a lot of work and a lot of commitment and trust to get to here, this is where I can see my knowledge of colour theory come to life.
