To all my dear and valued clients,

As many of you know, this past year has been a whirlwind of emotions, challenges and life-changing moments. I’ve had to make some major lifestyle adjustments for my health and wellbeing, and as a result, I haven’t been able to give my whole heart to the business the way I always have.

After a lot of careful consideration, professional advice and more sleepless nights than I can count, I’ve had to make the hardest decision of my life: to close my baby, Pony Hair Studio.

Right now, I need to focus on other areas of my life that truly require my full attention. As much as it breaks my heart, I can’t provide you with the love, care and consistency that Pony has always stood for and you all deserve nothing less.

I want to take this moment to thank every single one of you for your love, your loyalty, your chats, your stories, and the privilege of being part of your lives. You’ve all made Pony what it is, and I’ll forever be grateful.

Maybe one day we’ll get to create magic together again. But until then, I hope to see your beautiful smiling faces out and about.
