One step closer to setting up my workroom. Ballet props gone now to get some help to store I few things and re-arrange. 😃

HI Everyone,
Well shoulder is going to be how it is. Settling into new house and garage coming together slowly as a workspace. Rang one of my favourite fabric suppliers for some samples and they are on the way! look out for some photos when they arrive and sample pieces following that.
I have patterns ready to go for my essential pieces in plain colour stretch fabrics. Tops, pants and skirts to start and I am working on a few dresses and wraps. Always happy to hear any suggestions or requests.

Update…. Feeling like I might be making some progress in my recovery. Review with surgeon next week.
Also getting back into my sketching and sourcing some more fabric suppliers for something a little different. Keep checking in! 🤩

Sorry I have been so quiet on social media. Have had a bit of a set back with my recovery process but happy to say back to my regular GP and a great Physiotherapist I feel I am again progressing.

Still keeping up to date with fabrics from my supplier Martin Savage and starting to sketch again without too much pain.

Looking forward to getting back to some sampling of garments in the next few months as long as my shoulder and arm is agreeable!

Hope you are all enjoying this lovely weekend. I will be tidying and organising my house for the weekend ahead, rehab and a walk and spend some time with my Mum. Her Uncle passed away last night and she will be needing some emotional help to get through the next few months. 💖💞

Recovery journey...now approaching 6 weeks. Looking at another 3/4 weeks off work and then hopefully some part-time work/ study & setting up my business. Until then, mediatations, rest, keeping positive, lots of reading, home duties that I am able to do and short walks along the water trying to use my right arm in a normal motion as much as possible. This is exciting! I would like you to tell me what you would like to see from my clothing designs. I have just been in touch with an old supplier from my "East End Mode" days and have asked for some samples. Fabric will be stretch and machine washable. What colours would you like to be able to purchase my essential stretch tops and midi pencil skirt? I am looking at these 2 designs to be available first when my right arm & shoulder recovers.
