Jug by jug we take the finished Body Cream emulsion from the big pot and pour into the filling machine. This allows us to fill cooler than when we used to pour straight from the jug to the jar, which means the texture is now smoother and more silken when you use it at home. All the little adjustments that together make big differences.

When everyone’s inside, the windows and doors are shut, the mats are wet, the dog is wet, the shoes are wet and the washing has been damp too long.
