(((🌑))) New Moon in Sagittarius

New moons carry the energy of beginnings, seeds, openings — new doors/plans/pathways/cycles. Sagittarius embodies adventure, expression, education, FAITH, BELIEF, experience, diversity, OPTIMISM, publishing, philosophy, spirituality (etc) Sagittarius allows you to dare to dream, have BIG plans, PURSUE what gives you & your life MEANING (& having Mars in Capricorn right now) can align this with our PURPOSE. It can be impulsive, with an eye on the future at the same time. Sagittarius trusts in the journey, the story, the moment — it wants to move, learn, seek & grow.

Both Saturn & Neptune in Pisces are squaring this New Moon, meaning feelings of constriction or confusion can be felt on the generally optimistic energy associated with sag. Neptune is a dreamer, artistically expressive but can also blur the lines & boundaries/at times. Saturn can bring delays or doubt, it can make you question your vision or in a more positive light, encourage you to think realistically on how to ground your visions & truly create a long term sustainable plan.

Mercury, Venus & the Sun are all in close connection with the moon, all in the sign of Sagittarius. This is a beautiful time to dream, to find the areas of your life & self you’re wanting to expand. Finding your why, your MEANING behind where you want to go & what truly motivates you. What gives you a sense of faith in your path, plan & yourself? I have heard & read a few things about this upcoming new moon, our LAST of 2025, and how it’s almost not something to look forward to, but thankfully I’m a natal Sag moon & like you, I can choose to be aware of the not so pleasant things and focus more on what I can DO/WORK with.

To me, it feels like a beautiful ending to our year to have so much energy in Sagittarius, before serious Capricorn comes & provides us the energy to ground all we envision for ourselves.

This Full Moon in Ta**us — soft, romantic, and full of heart. With the Moon exalted in Ta**us and Venus (her ruler) sitting comfortably in her Libra home, there’s a sweetness in the air — one that reminds us of love, connection, and devotion.

This energy asks: Where do I feel safe to open my heart?
It’s a time to focus on the people and places that bring us peace, comfort, and real stability — while also honouring the need for transformation and growth.

Ta**us craves calm and groundedness, while the Scorpio Sun opposite wants deep renewal. Together, they teach us how to evolve without losing our roots — how to stay steady even as we shed old layers.

Collectively, this Full Moon highlights what needs grounding and what’s ready to change. Think: home, finances, family, relationships — all the Taurean themes that build our sense of safety.

With Venus in Libra, balance is key. Are we over-giving, over-indulging, or taking more than we share? Where do the scales need re-aligning?

And with Mars opposing Uranus, there’s a spark of the unexpected — sudden shifts, risks, or surprising decisions. If life feels a little shaky, come back to your body. Come back to your breath.

Beautiful, unique & raw: each woman, mother, her own version of what life & motherhood has shaped her to be.

A softness & a strength.

There is always so much beauty in gathering with women, especially in honouring the sacredness & uniqueness of each other.

For me, it vulnerable yet powerful to show up with my daughter and connect, with women I had never met before.

Many of us spoke about reclaiming a love and respect for the way we’ve shifted in motherhood, especially for our bodies, in the at we view them.

There was so judgement, just beauty.
