I thought I'd show you something I don't share often enough — what actually goes into our Organic Exfoliant, and how simple it really is.
Almond meal, kaolin clay and almond oil and essential oils. That's the whole formula, in lavender or lemon.
No acids, no chemical peels — this is physical exfoliation, the way I've always preferred to work with mature skin as a therapist.

Here's what I love about it: the almond meal does the lifting, gently taking away the dead cells sitting on the surface. And as you work it, the meal releases its own almond milk, so your skin is being softened at the same time it's being polished. It's exfoliation and nourishment in one step — nothing stripped, nothing irritated.

Every batch is still blended by hand. When you're ready to use it, you just add a little water.

Once or twice a week, on clean skin, is all it needs.
Which one is on your shelf — lavender or lemon?

I wanted to share something with you that I've been teaching clients for years — and it came up again in a lovely conversation with my client Alison recently.
When you apply our Anti-Aging Papaya Enzyme Extract, pay attention to what happens in the first minute or so. You'll notice the product seems to disappear into certain areas of your face faster than others.
That's not the product wearing off. That's your skin telling you something.
The enzyme is drawn straight to your driest, most depleted cells first — and it will absorb there rapidly because that's exactly where your skin needs it most. When you see it vanishing in a particular area, simply reapply to that spot and let your skin drink it in.
This is something I find so fascinating about working with natural, active ingredients — they respond to what your skin actually needs in that moment. There's an intelligence to it that synthetic formulas simply don't have.

After more than thirty years working with women's skin, this still delights me every time I see it happen.
