WEIGH IN: 74.3KG! I HAVEN'T WEIGHED IN FOR A WHILE. AS I SAID BEFORE JUST SEEING WERE THE SHREAD DOWN TAKES ME. BUT I WAS DEFINITELY SURPRISED WITH TODAY WEIGH IN. BUT STILL VERY HAPPY WITH MY PROGRESS.
