2025 saw 177 clients walk through Kilter’s doors.
779 massages were completed.
The most popular treatment is still the OG, the remedial massage.
And it’s still, as we approach our 8th birthday on the 18th January, just little ol’ me running the show.

On week’s like the one I’ve just had, I like to remember who I’m doing this for, and it’s as much for these three as it is for all of you. I get as much out of showing up to Kilter as (hopefully) you all do, and I can’t wait to continue to provide a safe and calm sanctuary for you all in 2026.

I know some of you know the new service that wait’s in store. I’m not deliberately teasing, I did plan to do all of the back end promotional side of it over my break (which I haaaaate, hence why I never do any marketing!) but my “break” was spent very unwell. So there’ll be no push, no rush, and no force, because even though I want to be offering it right. this. second. I’m always conscious about “walking the walk” as well. Who am I to constantly make recommendations, referrals and give post treatment advice about listening to your body, lowering your stressors, and remembering your health is your wealth if I don’t do the same?

This exquisite frame by my amazingly talented friend capturing took my breath away. It so perfectly depicts the sacrifice - mind, body, soul - that is being a mother. I see it time and again that when a mother leaves herself till last, buys into the Western societal “burnout culture” and isn’t supported by her proverbial village to take time to restore her health and well-being, this becomes the bedrock from which all illness, pain and disease springs 〰️

I value every second spent with mothers along their journey in the studio, specialising in pregnancy, post partum and remedial massage 〰️

Kilter’s Christmas Closure 〰️

We will be on break from Friday 22nd December until Monday 8th January, 2024.
