Sometimes, especially when the weather is miserable, we can lose focus. Remember you are in control of your emotions. Set boundaries, ask for a shoulder to lean on and spend time with people who understand and accept you just as you are🙏

Today please be awesome. Chose happy. Believe. Stay weird and know we are in this life together.

Never compare yourself to others. Compare your yesterday to today. If there's an improvement then that's an achievement.

While I'm on holidays I'm lucky to be able to not only absorb all that nature has to offer, but to sit and appreciate all that I am.
You will never speak to anyone more than you speak to yourself, so be kind, be grateful and believe.

Being sad, angry or overthinking are all emotionally draining. Indulge yourself a little, but then move on and go with the flow. Happy is a rewarding state of your being

When it's difficult to be positive, that's when you need to dig deep and find something, no matter how small, and create a positive space in your heart. Every little step gets you closer to a place where you can start anew

Life is always challenging. Sometimes small, sometimes not but remaining positive is the key to finding the balance.

The saying 'Stop and Smell the Roses' is significant today as I am doing just that in rhe Barossa Valley. The colours scents and varieties are amazing and as well as the roses the lavender is prolific. My olfactory is in heaven!
Nature in spring is inspiring so find your 'roses' and stop for a moment and appreciate the life we live.
