Today we say goodbye to our beautiful Em 🤍

While we’re absolutely devastated to see her leave Percy Lou, we couldn’t be more excited for her as she heads off into her very well-deserved… early… temporary retirement?!?

Em has been such a special part of our salon family — bringing talent, laughs, and so much heart to our team and our clients. She will be so missed every single day.

We wish her all the happiness, rest, and adventure in this next chapter… but we’ll definitely be keeping her chair warm just in case 😉

Love you Em ✨

Today we’re celebrating International Women’s Day with a little trip down memory lane… ✨

These baby photos remind us that every strong, capable woman starts somewhere — often with big dreams, wild hair, and a whole lot of determination.

What began as little girls with imagination has grown into a team of passionate women who now run businesses, lead teams, support families, and build beautiful careers in the hairdressing industry.

Hairdressing isn’t just about great hair — it’s about creativity, connection, confidence, and empowering the people who sit in our chairs every day.

We’re incredibly proud to be women who have turned our passion into our profession and created spaces where other women feel seen, heard, and beautiful.

Here’s to the little girls we were, the women we’ve become, and the dreams we’re still building.

Happy International Women’s Day from our team of boss women.
