Rex & Ross Barber Geelong started off as an idea by two lads looking to create a space where men can enjoy a hair cut or shave, with a difference. Pakington Street's newest barber shop - clients can enjoy a complimentary beer, coffee or spirit with every cut and make use of the free wifi or watch a game on the TV. A relaxed atmosphere for men to come and enjoy the ultimate grooming experience. Owners Glen and Nathan, otherwise known as Rex and Ross, were born and bred in Victoria and are former soldiers who received their nicknames whilst serving in the Royal Australian Army. After being posted in Queensland for several years, the pair have returned home to be closer to family and friends and begin a new chapter. Their vision for the future is to utilise this space, not only to provide good old fashion service and quality barbers, but also to work with community organisations and charities supporting returned servicemen. A modern take on a traditional service - come down and say hello to the talented team at Rex & Ross. Walk ins welcome, but appointments essential if you're after a certain timeslot.

CANCELATION POLICY
To ensure we can continue providing the best service to as many of you as possible in 2026 we require a minimum 24 hours notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
✖️Cancellations made before the 24 hour mark will have no fee.
✖️Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
✖️no show appointments/appointments where you fail to arrive will be charged 100%.
We ask that you arrive to your appointments 5 minutes early as arriving too late may be treated as a no-show appointment. If you fear you may be running late please contact the shop you are attending so your barber is aware and our staff can assist you. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen and we will do our best to accommodate you in these situations. However, cancellations within the 24 hour window impact our ability to fill that appointment with another client.

The bright haired Lauren has been in this game for 10 years and has been with us since October last year. Versatile in barbering, however a beard shape up or face shave have her heart. She knows her way around with a straight blade.
Lauren works Wednesday-Friday as she has her own little family to look after. Being a mum you know she is good at cutting kids hair.
