Just a little reminder about our cancellation, rescheduling and appointment policies.

At The Lux Cocoon, we’re a small boutique salon with limited appointments. When you book with us, that time is reserved especially for you. We value your time, and we kindly ask that you value ours too🥰

We understand life can be busy, especially when balancing work, family, children and everything in between. We also understand that unexpected things can happen. Our policies aren’t about being strict — they help us protect your appointment, respect our next client, and keep our little salon running smoothly.

🌸NOT SURE WHAT TO BOOK?
Please contact Yen on 0413 358 028 or DM us on Instagram before booking. We’re happy to help you choose the right service.

If the wrong service is booked and there isn’t enough time to complete it before our next client, you may be asked to reschedule.

🌸PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME
We have clients booked throughout the day, so please allow enough time to arrive on time.

If you’re more than 15 minutes late and we don’t have enough time to finish your service or move you to another suitable time that same day, your appointment will be treated as a no show and the 100% fee will apply.

🌸CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
• 24+ hours notice — free to cancel or reschedule
• Within 24 hours — 50% of the booked service
• No show — 100% of the booked service

These fees apply regardless of the reason, except genuine emergencies such as hospitalisation or an accident, where appropriate proof may be requested.

Our hard working team always do our best to respect your time and be on time too. Sometimes a previous appointment may run a little over, a service may have been booked incorrectly, or we simply need extra time because every client is different. We never want to rush you— your time with us is meant to be calm, relaxing and personalised🤍
