Body Balance Massage Noosa

Well as most of you know, I am heading off on a new career adventure, something completely different which will allow me to go travelling for a year or more a bit further down the track….. yup the mines.
I have loved every minute of having the privilege to help your body improve and hope you continue to do so with one of the people I will recommend. I personally go to Mel and Carl for remedial and Dan for a yummy Kahuna.

Mel is an ex pro athlete so has a fabulous understanding of the body, she has been practising massage on and off for almost 18 years. Mel has a very holistic approach, is great at accessing and giving exercises to support whatever is going on. She also uses dry needling and cupping which is a great additional tool for massage. I would recommend Mel for all sports, remedial or injury related massage.

Originally from USA, Carl has a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Sports Medicine. He is also qualified in massage, myofascial cupping and trigger point therapy. Now residing permanently in Australia, Carl has had extensive experience with professional athletes from Golf, Tennis, Triathlon and even Motor Racing. He has also presented & instructed in the Health and Fitness Industry for over 25 years.

Monique has a lovely soft touch but firm when needed, has a great knowledge of the body would be great for females looking for remedial, gentle flow and kahuna.

Elana is a qualified (in the Netherlands only) Physio so has a great understanding of the body plus is strong and has a lovely flow.

Dan was my teacher in Level & (final level) for Kahuna, he has also done remedial but is not qualified. He has a fabulous touch and is who I go to for my Kahuna and sometimes remedial.

It has been such a lovely time for me meeting and getting to know you all and I will miss that so much but hope to see you regularly dotted around Noosa as I know you are all active and love living this wonderful lifestyle that is freely given to us in Noosa.

MOVING TO A NEW ADDRESS

I hope everyone has had a lovely weekend despite all the rain, let’s hope it is going to be a beautiful week ahead with some of the Noosa sunshine.

It is with great excitement that as of 3/8/2020 I will be moving from Starboard Avenue to 1/33 Thomas Street, https://goo.gl/maps/QqUdDC3Z5rB4aDT46 directly opposite from McDonalds. There is already a great massage business there called Essential Bodywork but even though I will be working in the same building, it will still be Body Balance Massage Noosa.

I so look forward to seeing everyone at the new premises.
